Huh? What does that number mean? Well, for me, it is a recent accomplishment! I just bought a new pair of jeans. Been needin' some for a while. Last summer, I graduated back down to a 36 inch waist size in clothes. Well, after some more diligent eating (and I credit a couple of weeks of bike commuting), I just bought size 34W 30L jeans for the first time since HIGH SCHOOL! Yeah!
It feels great to be in better shape than I have been in a while, but it only fuels my fire. I really want to keep going. In fact, nutrition truly has become a new favorite topic for me, one that I can't see myself losing interest in anytime soon.

Congrats Justin! That is a HUGE (no pun intended) accomplishment! You are an inspiration to us all. I will be on a similar journey after our baby is born. But the hard work and sacrifice are all worth it when you reach that goal. Great job!
