I was having a conversation recently with a co-worker. Among the topics of our brief discussion were the economy, the lacking choice of candidates in the presidential election, the poor health of the banking industry, and the imminent changes within our own realm that have been announced but not detailed yet.
He told me, "One positive thing is that I'm losing weight! I'm just not eating as much because my stomach is in knots over it all."
My conclusion is that I have the opposite problem: I eat when I get stressed. I get odd cravings too, mainly for sugary, processed, unhealthy JUNK. Ahhhhh!!! This sucks! I've been working too hard for too long to get into good physical shape and to stay that way.
Anyone have any secrets about controlling such a thing?
